Dr. Jeremy is fun, professional and takes the time to answer my questions.
Hospital labs failed to process requested blood work so Jeremy didn鈥檛 have to stats he needed for the file. He was cool, he explained the disconnect and I demanded the labs fulfill the order and assure I was not double charged for their error. Jeremy will assess the blood work panel when he receives it and let me know if anything needs a follow up. I was very displeased with the lab error located at St Al鈥檚 on Garrity and they are researching the screw up.
