Jeremy had called me to state they were ordering antibiotic through my pharmacy. It was not received, I tried contacting him through his office but that didn't happen and the prescription was not sent. Jeremy went out of his way and called me on Saturday and resent the prescription. I feel he went above and beyond.

He recognized the need for a higher level of care, referred me to ER where I was given immediate care (no waiting) and visit was clearly warranted, When one is ill, sometimes our judgment is to deny being that sick and not want to go to ER where there might be hours-long waiting. His judgement was clearly correct and appreciated by myself and spouse. He was very kind, polite, gentle and professional. He is an asset to the McMillan Medical Group.

Hospital labs failed to process requested blood work so Jeremy didn’t have to stats he needed for the file. He was cool, he explained the disconnect and I demanded the labs fulfill the order and assure I was not double charged for their error. Jeremy will assess the blood work panel when he receives it and let me know if anything needs a follow up. I was very displeased with the lab error located at St Al’s on Garrity and they are researching the screw up.
