Baby and Me Support Group - Ontario

We understand that being a new parent can come with a lot of questions and a need for information about topics like eating, adjusting to life as a new parent, sleeping patterns, or appropriate exercises for both.

This FREE support group is open to parents and their babies ages 0-12 months. A great way to meet other families and have some fun with your baby in a relaxed environment.

There is no need to register for this group - join us anytime!

1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month
10:00-11:00AM

August 5th- Everything you need to know about car seats--- Presented by Marlene Meadows, Malheur County Health Dept.
August 19th- NO CLASS THIS WEEK

September 2nd- Infant Massage--- a gentle wat to calm, comfort, and strengthen the bond between you and your baby—Presented by Shannon Armstrong, IRCO.
September 16th- Pelvic floor therapy---because healing, strength, and comfort start at the foundation, presented by Amy McDaniel, PT- SAMCO.
September 30th- Bring your favorite baby products to share with everyone.

October 14th- Musical Storytime presented by Lisa Dikkard, Building Healthy Families.
October 28th-Halloween Harvest Party. Come in costume for pictures, crafts and treats.

November 11th- Ortho-bionomy- Discover a gentle, body centered approach to comfort, balance, and healing for you and your baby. Presented by Jandi Briggs, Rocking Horse Wellness
November 25th- Honoring our birth stories- a space to reflect, process and heal together.

December 9th- Musical Storytime presented by Lisa Dikkard, Building Healthy Families
December 23rd- Christmas craft time- join us and make a special holiday keepsake

Classes will resume January 13, 2027 - Happy New Year!
