Baby and Me Support Group - Ontario

We understand that being a new parent can come with a lot of questions and a need for information about topics like eating, adjusting to life as a new parent, sleeping patterns, or appropriate exercises for both.

This FREE support group is open to parents and their babies ages 0-12 months. A great way to meet other families and have some fun with your baby in a relaxed environment.

There is no need to register for this group - join us anytime!

1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month
10:00-11:00AM

January 7, 2026: Infant Massage, presented by Healthy Families of Eastern Oregon. Create precious moments
of connection with your little one. (bring blanket for baby to lay on)

January 21, 2026:  Musical Story Time with Ruth Blazzard of Building Healthy Families. Through songs, sensory
play, and smiles tailored to infants.

February 4, 2026:  Infant Massage, presented Healthy Families of Eastern Oregon. Create precious moments
of connection with your little one. (bring blanket for baby to lay on)

February 18, 2026:  Infant choking and safety class. How to recognize the signs of choking, step-by step action
to help your baby safely, hands on practice.

March 4, 2026: Baby Craft time! Presented by Melinda Jimenez of Building Healthy families – Create, Connect, Make memories.

March 18, 2026: Musical Story Time with Ruth Blazzard of Building Healthy Families. Through songs, sensory play,
and smiles tailored to infants.

April 1, 2026:  Ortho Bionomy – Presented by Jandi Briggs, APOB, owner of Rocking Star Wellness – evidence based,
gentle techniques to support your baby’s natural development while easing your own tension.

April 15, 2026:  Planting an Herb Garden – come enjoy a peaceful hands-on morning with your little one. Learn what
herbs are baby safe and beneficial (please RSVP to this class to phone # or email on flyer)

April 29, 2026:  Musical Story Time with Ruth Blazzard of Building Healthy Families. Through songs, sensory play,
and smiles tailored to infants.

June 24, 2026:  Keeping baby cool during the summer months – learn practical tips to keep your little one safe, comfy,
and happy in the heat.
