Childbirth Preparation One-Day Class

Join us for this all-day, condensed Childbirth Preparation course designed to provide information on prenatal care, labor, delivery and postpartum. Together with your support team, learn skills necessary to make the best choices for your birthing experience.

The class Breastfeeding for Beginners is free for all participants of this class. Registration is available online or by calling the Family Center at 208-367-3454.

Supplies: Please bring 2 pillows and a blanket as well as a lunch and any snacks you might need for the day. There is a 40 minute lunch break. Plan on arriving a few minutes early.

Attn. Saint Alphonsus Employees: Please submit a copy of your credit card receipt and Certificate of Completion to Human Resources, and you will be partially reimbursed for this class.

Refund Policy: No refunds are given for this class, unless it is canceled by us or you are unable to attend due to the early delivery of your baby. Otherwise, participants may transfer to another class within six months of the original class date.
