Biometric/Comprehensive Wellness Screening

• Includes: Complete Metabolic Panel (CMP), Lipid Panel, Hemoglobin A1c, height, weight, waist circumference, and blood pressure
• Health Risk Assessment questionnaire
• Registered nurse review of participant screening results, with outreach to individuals with high-risk results

Mental Health and Well-being Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

• Confidential, professional counseling provided by licensed mental health counselors
• Available in-person or virtually
• Appointments available within 2 weeks

Nutrition (EAP)

• One-on-one consultations with a registered dietitian
• One-on-one consultations with a trained health coach
• Up to 6 sessions per person or family
• Appointments available in-person or virtually
