Creating Diverse and Inclusive Enviornments

At Saint Alphonsus and Trinity Health, we are committed to creating environments that are diverse and inclusive. To that end, we created a DEI Strategic Plan, which is a comprehensive approach that addresses diversity in our governing bodies and our workforce, as well as inclusion and belonging within our places of work, and for our members, supplier diversity, and health equity.

This plan cuts across at every level of the organization – in our people, policies, practices, and processes. It is a central part of living our Mission, Core Values, and Vision.
