With great population growth comes great community responsibility. For Caldwell, one of the fastest growing communities in the country, this means providing access to expanded healthcare services close to home.

In November of 2023, Saint Alphonsus broke ground on the Caldwell Health Plaza, a four-story, 54,800 square foot medical facility that will offer primary care, urgent care, and specialty care services. Built with a modular, pod design, coupled with the facility’s acreage and more than 30 physicians, the Caldwell Health Plaza will give greater flexibility to expand with the growing community for years to come.

Located at 712 Aviation Way, at the intersection of Aviation Way and Franklin Road in Caldwell, this new health plaza will provide the following services:
