Designed around the Lamaze International Care Practices for Normal Birth, this class is for first-time parents or those who have not previously attended childbirth classes. This is an extensive course designed to provide information on prenatal care, labor, delivery and breastfeeding. Learn skills necessary to make the best choices for your birthing experience.

The class, Breastfeeding for Beginners, is the 6th week of this series. We encourage you to take this class in your third trimester (25-40 weeks). Please register as soon as possible
A tour of the Family Maternity Center is included with this class.

Supplies: Please bring a couple of pillows and a blanket to these classes. All other class materials, including a textbook, are provided.
Fees: Class fees include expectant mom and a support person. When registering, only register for one person.
