Travel medicine or emporiatrics is the branch of medicine
that deals with the prevention and management of health problems of international
travelers. Our Travel Medicine Clinic includes pre-travel consultation and
evaluation, contingency planning during travel, and post-travel follow-up and
care.

Jeffery Dzieczkowski, MD
Jeffery Dzieczkowski, MD is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician
who specializes in Travel Medicine, which focuses on the prevention and
management of health problems related to international travel.
Dr.
Dzieczkowski is one of only seven physicians in Idaho who has completed "yellow
fever" certification.
He is a member of the International Society of Travel Medicine. Dr. Dzieczkowski
is also board-certified in Clinical Pathology and completed his fellowship
in Transfusion Medicine.

Vinci Anderson R.N.
Travel Medicine Nurse and Coordinator
Vinci has over ten years of experience administering immunization
programs. She provides international travel counseling, helps patients understand
disease risk and how to protect themselves from insect bites, diarrhea and
altitude sickness while traveling. She attends conferences and webcasts organized
by International Society of Travel Medicine and other agencies to receive the
most updated information in international travel counseling. She has also worked
under the department of Communicable Disease Control and Public Health Preparedness.
