Saint Alphonsus Rehabilitation Services (STARS) provides comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation treatment with a staff of specialists that includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, recreation therapists, speech therapists, athletic trainers, neuropsychologists and case managers.
