This website is designed to answer many of the questions you might have. It will provide you with information about the Program including what to expect and what is expected of you. It will introduce you to your team members and their roles in your rehabilitation. Lastly, it will provide you with helpful information on what to expect after discharge and how we may be of ongoing assistance to you throughout your recovery.
