Occupational Rehabilitation—WorkSTAR

The Occupational Rehabilitation program, WorkSTAR, provides an interdisciplinary, team-oriented therapy program to safely assist injured workers in their return from work-related injuries to productive work and lifestyle. The program is staffed by specifically trained, licensed therapists, a physical medicine physician and a Neuropsychologist.
