Scheduling an Appointment at Saint Alphonsus Behavioral Health Center
To schedule an outpatient appointment, we require a faxed referral from a doctor, including recent chart notes and current symptoms. This can be faxed to (208) 376-0285.

Adult Patient Visiting Hours:
Monday - Friday: 6 to 8 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 3 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.

Children's Visiting Hours:
Monday - Sunday 5 to 7 p.m.
