Rehabilitation

Saint Alphonsus Rehabilitation Services helps patients recovering from the effects of a major injury or illness progressively regain as much of their functional independence as possible while returning to daily life in the community. We also provide comprehensive treatment of chronic pain through specialized programming and an interdisciplinary team approach that treats patients in a cost-effective, aggressive manner so they can return to productive lifestyles.

We see beyond the limitations of your injury and pain, and recognize you as a unique spiritual, physical, emotional, social and intellectual individual with great potential for complete rehabilitation. Care often begins immediately after your injury and continues through each step of your recovery. Our multidisciplinary teams create and manage your individual therapy program, involving your family as an integral part of the team and linking you to community resources. Comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services are available throughout the area at several locations.

For those with disease processes affecting their ability to manage daily activities, it's important to intervene early for a more positive prognosis. The sooner rehabilitation is started, the greater the opportunity to regain function. We offer a full range of therapy services from acute care and rehabilitation to outpatient services.

Our integrated treatment approach combines current rehabilitation techniques with a state-of-the-art facility. Based on the recommendations of each patient's professional care team, an individualized care plan may include:

  • Patient and family education
