Carl steinman has been my Dr for an extensive amount of years. As such he knows me, my concerns and can be blunt forward and direct in my care. When he has a concern we address it promptly.

He apologized for being late to the appointment which really surprised me because at my old dr. You always had to arrive early and you would always be seen late. I am so thankful and happy with my care now that I'm under the care of St. Al's Drs.

I'm so happy I chose Dr. Steinmann as my new primary. I wish I'd done it sooner. He listens attentively, offers advice and solutions, and genuinely cares.
This appointment was an ER follow up appointment so more or less a work in and he still found time to acknowledge my symptoms and order further testing. Then called to make sure I understood the two medications I was given and signs I need to contact them ASAP and when to expect the test results. Etc I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that.
