The Patient Relations Department is a point of entry into the hospital for patients or their advocates to express concerns, complaints or messages of thanks regarding patient care. The Patient Relations Department will take a lead role in facilitating the internal review process with a focus on client relations, information sharing and conflict resolution.
We would be pleased to share any messages of thanks with our physicians and staff. Messages of appreciation and gratitude will be acknowledged and forwarded to the care provider(s) involved in your care, as well as their supervisor or manager.
