Childbirth Preparation Lamaze (Boise-All Day)

About this event

This is a condensed, one day childbirth preparation course designed to provide information on prenatal care, labor, delivery and postpartum. Together with your support team, learn skills necessary to make the best choices for your birthing experience. 

We will tour the Family Maternity Center at the end of our class.

Breastfeeding for Beginners is free to participants of this class. Registration is available online or by calling the Family Center at 208-367-3454.

Supplies: Please bring a lunch and snacks for the day, a couple of pillows, a blanket and wear comfortable clothes. 

Registration is per couple. Please register for 1 person and we will plan on both of you attending the class.

Refund Policy: No refunds are given for this class, unless it is canceled by us or you are unable to attend due to the early delivery of your baby. Otherwise, participants may transfer to another class within six months of the original class date.
