Contacting Your Provider

Phone Calls

We realize you may have questions that you would like to have answered over the phone. Many items can easily be addressed this way and we will be happy to assist you. It is our intent to answer your call and direct you to the appropriate person quickly.

In the event you call and reach our voicemail, know that we will return your call as quickly as possible. When you leave your message please state the patient’s full name, birth date and reason for your call in the recording.  If we reach your voicemail when we return your call, we will leave a message if you have provided us written permission to do so.

Prescription Refills

For all refills, please call your pharmacy:

  • give the name of the drug
  • have the pharmacy contact our office to okay the refill

Our office policy is to have your prescription refill completed within 48 hours from the time we receive the request.  Routine prescription refills, narcotics and controlled substances will not be refilled outside of office hours or on weekends.

After Hours

When the office closes for evenings, weekends and holidays we use an after-hours call service. To access the service, simply dial our normal office phone number.  A Customer Service Representative or Registered Nurse will be there to address your concerns. They will be able to contact one of our physicians if needed.

You may also seek care at any of our Urgent Care, Express Care or Emergency Department locations.
