Title   SISTERS: Spasticity in Stroke
Description   A randomized study that involves two study groups. One group receives oral antispastic medication and physiotherapy. The other group receives Intrathecal Baclofen (ITB) therapy and physiotherapy. Intrathecal describes drug placement into the space around the spinal cord. The purpose of this study is to determine if ITB Therapy is more effective than oral antispastic medication in relieving spasticity.
