Description  

The Spiration IBV® Valve System is a humanitarian use device used to control prolonged air leaks of the lung following lobectomy, segmentectomy, or lung volume reduction surgery. This small, umbrella-like device can help patients heal in less time by, possibly, reducing the severity of the leak and avoiding the need for additional surgery to control the leak.
