Admitting and Patient Accounts
The Admitting and Patient Accounts Departments are combined at Saint Alphonsus Medical Center — Baker City. These departments are easily accessed immediately through the front door of the facility. The phone number is 541-523-6461.
The Patient Accounts Department is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There are two direct lines to this department: 541-524-2978 and 541-523-8824. Voice mail is available for these numbers 24 hours a day.
Financial Assistance
Saint Alphonsus Medical Center - Baker City offers a Financial Grant Program for patients who cannot meet their financial obligations for services rendered. If you have any questions regarding this program, please call 541-523-6461 and ask for Patient Accounts.
