Saint Alphonsus Auxiliary Gift Shop
Since its establishment in 1950, our Saint Alphonsus Auxiliary has donated more than $3 million dollars to Saint Alphonsus programs. Some recent recipients of Auxiliary Grants include Festival of Trees (annually), NeST Neuro Trauma ICU Capital Campaign, Reach Out And Read (ROAR) programs for several SAMG pediatric clinics, HUGS Infant Protection System and SAMG Geriatric & Palliative Care programs. We recently celebrated our 75th Anniversary of service in our community.
Funds are raised for the Auxiliary Grants Program through the Gift Shop profits as well as other fundraising events, such as sales involving Arts & Crafts, Scrub & Shoe, Bundt Cake, Linen, and Spring Plant Sales.
The Auxiliary also sponsors an Art Wall, featuring local artists each month. They display their artwork for the purpose of cheering patients, employees and visitors who view their work. There is also the option to purchase the artist's artwork through the Auxiliary Gift Shop.

Saint Alphonsus Auxiliary was organized to make a difference in patron care and hospitality and to serve Saint Alphonsus Hospital in fundraising and community support through social events. The Auxiliary exists today to encompass not only the founder’s goals, but also to allow the Auxilians to promote fellowship and cultivate leadership qualities within the membership.
