Fresh Salsa

Makes 8 servings
- 6 tomatoes, preferably Roma (or 3 large tomatoes)
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 2 jalapeño peppers, finely chopped (may use more or less for desired spice)
- 3 Tbsp cilantro, chopped fresh lime juice, to taste
- 1/8 tsp oregano, finely crushed
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 avocado, diced
1. Combine all ingredients in glass bowl.
2. Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve within 4–5 hours.
